Simple remedy for Puffy eyes

Puffy Eyes

Remedy : Apply cotton balls dipped in ice-cold whole milk or cream for five to 10 minutes.
Why it works: The high fat content of this liquids provides a moisturizing treatment for the delicate skin around the eyes and reduces puffiness, says Stephanie Toules, author of Naturally Healthy Skin.

Good info thanks. Ad me as a link on your page, and I will add you as a link on my very busy page. You will get more traffic.

Ok here is how to edit links.

Go to the dashboard, click on the change settings button for this blog. In the tabs near the top (posting, publishing, template etc) click on template. This is a list of text. This text sets how your blog looks and works. editing this can cause problems, so only change when you understand what it will do. Consider backing this text up from time to time as you change it, in a text file.

To change links simply press ctrl F (find) and search for the word Edit-Me or Google News. Or browse for the link code that says these things. In this code, you have something that looks like this:

R2K

Yours will say Edit me in the R2K place. Simply place the address in the first slot (between quotes) and the R2K part to the name of your link (usually short like R2K and not R2000.blogspot.com, which takes up too much room).

And you can do it this way! I personally keep a list in MS word for easy editing, I cut and paste later.

I have image links for my blogs also, they might look better. I can email them to you if you ever want (and can in turn design links for you that you can send to others.)

UGH the link I added just turned into R2K! So you cant really see what I mean, but it should be pretty clear. The code for the link contains a space for the address, and a space for the name. Edit each without deleting anything like a < or a > or ".
